Our Story

Creating Space Therapy was born from a deep-seated commitment to address the profound impact of grief and trauma. Our founder, moved by personal and professional experiences with the far-reaching effects of these challenges, envisioned a therapy practice solely devoted to specializing in these areas. This vision was fueled by the belief that everyone deserves a supportive environment to navigate their healing journey.

As we grew from a single therapist’s mission into a robust team, our focus has always remained clear: to create a sanctuary for healing. Our practice has expanded over the years, but our core mission remains unchanged—to create a space where individuals can confront their pain and start reconstructing their lives with expert guidance and compassion.

Throughout our journey, we have been privileged to witness countless individuals reclaim their sense of self and find peace. Each story of resilience has reinforced our commitment and inspired us to continue refining our approach, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of trauma-informed mental health care.

At Creating Space Therapy, we are more than a practice; we are a community committed to fostering recovery and resilience. We believe in the transformative power of dedicated care, and we are here to support you through every step of your healing process.

At Creating Space Therapy, our mission is to provide comprehensive, holistic care that honors the whole person, combining trauma-informed and grief-affirming therapies with integrative services such as medication management, yoga, and retreats to support clients on their journey toward emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
